Please note: This service is ONLY available to clients who previously created a personalised lip gloss at our Surry Hills or Paddington stores.
Your original lip gloss formula is safely stored in our database under your client profile, allowing us to recreate your personalised shade.
Simply enter your full name and the name you gave your lip gloss below. If you have created multiple lip glosses with us, please make sure you provide the correct lip gloss name so we can locate the right formula.
Your remake will include the original formula and additives recorded on your client profile.
Processing time: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks, as every lip gloss is individually handcrafted.
