Terms and Conditions for Events

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before attending an event at our store. By participating in our events, you agree to abide by these terms.

  1. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought into the store during the event.

  2. Food, Drinks, and Decorations: If you choose to bring your own food, drinks, or decorations to the event, you must remove them promptly before the next guest's arrival. Failure to do so will result in a clean-up fee of $300 plus GST.

  3. Damage Liability: You will be held liable for any damages to the store or its property caused during the event. Damages must be reported to our staff before leaving the event.

  4. Hazard Cleaning: In the event of any hazard, such as vomit or bodily fluids, left in the store, a hazard cleaning fee from $300 plus GST will be charged for cleanup.

  5. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any event midway without a refund. This action may be taken if the group is intoxicated, unruly, abusive, disruptive, or if guests are suffering from the effects of alcohol or drug-induced substances that affect the store, our staff, or other guests booked for subsequent events.

We want to ensure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience during our events. Please cooperate with our staff and fellow attendees to make the event pleasant for everyone.
